Not everybody likes jazz, but those who do are die hard fans who are not shy about showing their love for this music form. Blue Note is a label that has championed revolutionary jazz musicians and their uncompromising creativity through the sounds of jazz for decades.
Through kinetic typography, stacked lettering and experimenting with type, the goal is to communicate the multiplicity of the auditory journey that jazz lovers know all too well. I created a sound experience that jazz lovers could engage with to get a better understanding of the instruments/music they love and be immersed in a space built just for them.
This project is dedicated to those who unabashedly love this music form in an era where the cultural zeitgeist ostracizes jazz from the mainstream. Blue Note - dare to listen differently.
